House Sitting Services

Pet Trackers house sitting services provides you peace-of-mind that your home is being looked after properly while you’re away.  Pet Trackers is  Licensed, Bonded, and Insured  for your protection.    I know you'd love to see definitive pricing here, but we do our best to keep LOW PRICING and PERSONAL SERVICE, so we price each reservation separately to offer you the most competitive rates and savings.

DAILY HOUSE SITTING SERVICE These services are included and performed as-needed and / or requested, and the Pet Trackers representative doesn’t stay at your house.  They visit the house daily to insure everything is running smooth.  If other services are needed, please review the Extended House Sitting Service / Optional Services section.  

Use the Daily House Sitting Service for shorter trips like:

• Weekend get-away trips

• Planned or unexpected short business trips

• Medical procedures, unexpected incarceration, military reserve, etc.

We will:

• Utilize checklist to document instructions and make sure items get done 

• Bring in mail, newspapers, and deliveries

• Adjust lights, window coverings for a lived-in look

• Water indoor plants, feed the fish and other small pets

• Set out and return trash cans

• Shovel front entry for safety

• Perform Home Review -  walk around looking for anything out of the ordinary such as leaks, smells, unauthorized entry and theft, broken glass, stressed plants, bugs, inadequate heating / cooling, ice damage, etc. - Inside – all rooms (except attic), garage, and basement - Outside – evidence of landscape being water, vandalism, storm or other damage, pool problems

• Text or email status daily to you  - give you peace of mind about your home each day

EXTENDED HOUSE SITTING SERVICES / OPTIONAL SERVICES Because every trip away from home is different, we offer an extended list of services for persons needing to be away for longer than a few days.  These services are available on a case-by-case basis and as-requested.  With the Extended House Sitting Service, the representative can stay overnight if needed.  Services are available on a per hour basis as agreed to by the representative.

The Extended House Sitting Service includes all services above, plus your choice(s) of:

• Relay phone messages

• Important postal mail forwarding

• Take and email digital photos

• Start your cars

• Refrigerator - check for and dispose of spoiling foods

• Run faucets and showers to keep traps filled with water

• Flush all the toilets

• Run the garbage disposal

• Outdoor plant and lawn watering

• Lawn mowing

• Snow shoveling – walkway, driveway, sidewalks

• Meet servicemen, landscaping, cleaning, window washing services

• Meet delivery persons or persons picking things up

• Grocery shop prior to your return

• Arrange for fresh flowers when you return
